REFUND POLICY

At Uncultured Studios, we take pride in the quality of our products. Refunds are offered only if the customer receives a defective or damaged product. Eligibility for Refund A refund is applicable only if: • The product received is damaged, defected, or affected in any way. • Proof in the form of photos/videos is provided within 48 hours of delivery. • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. If approved, the refund will be processed using the original method of payment. Refunds are not provided for sizing issues, change of mind, or any reason other than product defect. ⸻ EXCHANGE POLICY Exchanges are available only for defective or damaged items. Eligibility for Exchange You may request an exchange if: • The product you received is defective or damaged. • You contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proper photo/video evidence. • The item is unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition. If the exact item is out of stock, customers may receive store credit or an alternative product of equal value.
